Privacy
RangeLab is operated by Mike Lvov. It uses your account information to sign you in and keep your learning progress available across devices.
Account information
We store your name, email address, account identifiers, and account timestamps. Email/password accounts store a password hash. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your name, email address, profile photo, and Google account identifier. Sign-in tokens and their expiry information are also stored on the server to support authentication.
Google information is used for account creation, sign-in, and connecting Google to an existing account. RangeLab requests only basic identity permissions: openid, email, and profile.
Learning progress
We save completed lessons, quiz and practice answers, scores, confidence choices, review schedules, glossary selections, preferences, and saved hand reviews. Parsed hand reviews may contain player names, cards, actions, and result summaries. The full text you paste for a hand review stays in the current page’s memory.
Cookies and security
Necessary cookies keep you signed in and complete Google sign-in. Sessions have a 30-day expiry and can renew while you use the app. We record session IP addresses, browser information, and timestamps to manage sign-in and limit abusive requests. RangeLab does not use advertising cookies or an application analytics service.
Service providers
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and database services. Google processes Google sign-in when you choose it. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell account information, Google profile information, or learning progress, or use it for advertising.
Retention and your choices
Account information and saved progress are retained until removed; RangeLab does not automatically delete inactive accounts. Signing out ends the current session. Reset all progress in Settings removes your saved learning activity and preferences while keeping your account.
You can remove Google access through your Google Account’s connected-app settings. This does not delete your RangeLab account or its saved progress. For questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your account information, contact mike.lvov.soft@gmail.com.
